Delicious Guacamole
Avocados contain the same healthy fat (called oleic acid) contained in olive oil that reduces inflammation and helps to reduce the risk of heart disease. It is high in fiber as well as a number of vitamins and minerals that your body needs for functioning. The potassium in avocados helps keep your heart healthy and can help reduce blood pressure.
Guacamole is another diverse food that is helpful with Healthy Eating all through the day. So spoon some on your scrambled eggs and omelettes, or spread it on your morning toast. Use guacamole instead of mayonnaise in sandwiches or eat it with chopped carrots or cucumbers alongside your lunch. For dinner, top Mexican food or any kind of fish with a generous scoop of guacamole, and add it as a garnish for chili or bean soup.

Half an onion *
